Shipping FAQs
How long does order processing take before shipping?
We typically process and prepare orders for dispatch within 1-2 business days. This does not include the courier's delivery time.
Do you ship outside of South Africa?
Currently, Boujee Scents only ships to addresses within South Africa. We hope to expand in the future!
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched with the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation (usually via email or WhatsApp, depending on details provided) which will include your tracking number.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you've made an error in your shipping address. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can usually correct it. If it's already shipped, we'll do our best to assist, but additional charges or delays may occur.
